The color Royal Blue produces a calming effect; moreover it also symbolizes faith, trust, power, integrity, expertise, stability, and sincerity―representing the nature of Ministry of Manpower to boost the image of the organization among public and stakeholders. Overlapping circles are the epitome of harmony, like a peaceful and constant interaction between enterprises and manpower in Indonesia. Flat design is used to represent modernity, to revitalize the image of Ministry of Manpower. Five white dots are the embodiment of five national principles of Indonesia: Pancasila. We could connect the dots from one to the others, representing the interlocked relationship between enterprises and manpower in Indonesia, for one cannot survive without each other. There is no straight line within the logo, only curvy lines and arcs. They symbolize the dynamic nature of the organization, able to withstand any age.
